How to Obtain the SEA-Teacher Certificate

The sending institution coordinator must complete and submit Certificate Request Form on behalf of each student. Each submission is for one student only.
Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete before submission. Incomplete or revised information after issuance may delay your certificate issuance.
Information to be prepared/collected from students
- Student’s full name (without title), Gender, Email address, Major and year of study, Subject, topic, and level to teach, Practicum school name and practicum hours, Period of exchange
- Student blog address
- Confirmation of completion of the Programme Evaluation Form

11th Batch Student Teacher Performance and Blog Evaluation Document (SEAMES Version)

- This document must be completed by the receiving institution and submitted as one PDF file, max. 10 MB)
SEA-Teacher B11 Programme Evaluation Form for Students (2025–2026)
- Please share this evaluation form with the students
- This form must be completed and submitted by the students before submitting the Certificate Request Form.

(including practicum school coordinators, cooperating teachers, mentors, and buddies)

Each individual must complete and submit Certificate Request Form individually.
Required information: full name, role, institution, and relevant participation details.
Each submission is for one person only.
Please ensure that all information is accurate and complete before submission. Revised information after issuance may delay your certificate issuance.

All sending and receiving institutions will be issued Certificates of Completion after the end of the current batch, around March 2027.
